M&C was founded in 2017 by best friends Jen Mostyn & Phil Cross, who have over 40 years worth of combined experience working with decision-makers across every corner of our industry. Our clients are the core of Mostyn & Cross and we firmly believe forming close, honest & open relationships is the key to building a successful career, side-by-side.
We hold regular workshops and socials for our clients, to share insight, ideas and strengthen relationships.

JEN MOSTYN
CEO, Director & Lead Agent (She/Her)
JEN studied Film and Media in Manchester before pursuing an early career working in agent’s offices across London. What followed was a lengthy and enjoyable career in casting - working on award-winning projects for film, television and commercials, and forging close relationships with fellow casting professionals in the CDG and CDA.
Her desire to work more closely with actors, saw her return to agenting and the beginning of Mostyn & Cross. Many people who assisted Jen on castings now hold the most highly regarded casting offices in London, and she uses her unique insight to inform her work when representing talent.
Jen is passionate about working closely with versatile talent across stage and screen, building their careers through honest communication, good humour and a passion for good story-telling.
PHIL CROSS
Director & Consultant (He/Him)
PHIL trained at Sylvia Young Theatre School as a young boy, followed by an exciting performance career across stage and screen, touring with No1 productions, and acting across commercials, TV and feature films. His passion for theatre led him to directing on shows like Oliver! at Drury Lane, West End and workshopping with children cast on Billy Elliot and The Lion King. A hiatus from theatre saw him producing commercials for TV and Radio with advertising powerhouse BWH, before his passion for inspiring the next generation of artists and making drama accessible took hold.
He joined Jen’s venture to form Mostyn & Cross, bringing his unique combination of experiences with him. He is always the life and soul of our workshops and socials.
Phil is a wonderful facilitator, mentor and sounding board. He is also Associate Director at Theatre Porto.
KERRIE ALIBONE
Agent’s Assistant (She/Her)
KERRIE is a Metfilm School graduate, having studied Content, Media and Film Production. Kerrie worked across many different roles on set; bringing stories to life on screen.
In 2024, she made the transition from film crew into talent management at BMA, before joining the M&C team in January 2025.
Kerrie enjoys applying both her creative mind and organisational skills to support and develop emerging talent.
ELLE MOULSON
Social Media Manager (She/Her)
ELLE is a fantastic triple threat trained at Arden School of Theatre. When she isn’t wowing audiences, she takes the lead as the voice of Mostyn & Cross’ social media presence.
Elle loves being able to celebrate our talent and the wonderful work they are doing.
